Order & Despatch Confirmation
When you place an order online you will receive an automated e-mail confirming your order and the address that you have chosen to let you know we have successfully received the order. When your order has been despatched you will be sent another e-mail confirming this.
Once you have confirmed the order and made payment you will be unable to cancel the order.

Royal Mail Special Delivery
A signature will be required on receipt of goods. If a delivery is unsuccessful, then a card is left to arrange collection or redelivery. Next working day (except Scottish highlands) before 1PM on orders placed before 4PM Monday-Friday. Trackable, safe, secure and fully insured shipping
Standard EU (European Union) delivery
£14.50 per order
Royal Mail First Class International Recorded Delivery
A signature will be required on receipt of goods. Delivery times can vary within the EU, from 2-10 working days.
Notes
- Royal Mail First Class Delivery - We cannot guarantee next working day delivery. However, if you need the guarantee of a next day delivery, we recommend Royal Mail's Special Delivery service.
- Parcels that are dispatched by Royal Mail Special delivery or International Air Mail will need to be signed for.
- In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.
- Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers, it is our experience that in most cases they do choose to deliver to residential addresses on Saturday mornings.
- If you have chosen Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery and an item/s on your order are not available for dispatch for Saturday delivery, then we will dispatch the items on the first available date. This may result in you receiving your item/s on any day excluding Sundays. Any out of stock item/s that are dispatched between Monday-Thursday will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special delivery (next day delivery before 1pm) † Items that become available for dispatch on a Friday will be dispatched for Saturday delivery. Please use the Boss Mobile on-line track and trace facility to monitor your order and check for dispatch times.
- IMPORTANT - in signing for a delivery you are accepting the item in the condition it arrives. Please ensure you check your item before signing for it, as we cannot be held responsible for the condition of an item once it has been signed for and accepted.
- If goods are returned to Realtech Accessories because of a failed delivery for any reason, the carriage cost is not refundable. We reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred to re-send goods.
- Missing or delayed items: Please note that we will need to wait 15 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
- Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery is only available for "In stock" items purchased between 6PM Thursday and 6PM Friday.
* Arrival estimate is as given by Royal Mail. Please notice that delivery may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services.
