Shipping & Delivery

Order & Despatch Confirmation
When you place an order online you will receive an automated e-mail confirming your order and the address that you have chosen to let you know we have successfully received the order. When your order has been despatched you will be sent another e-mail confirming this.

Once you have confirmed the order and made payment you will be unable to cancel the order.

Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery
A signature will be required on receipt of goods. If a delivery is unsuccessful, then a card is left to arrange collection or redelivery. Next working day (except Scottish highlands) before 1PM on orders placed before 4PM Monday-Friday. Trackable, safe, secure and fully insured shipping

Standard EU (European Union) delivery

Royal Mail First Class International Recorded Delivery
A signature will be required on receipt of goods. Delivery times can vary within the EU, from 2-10 working days.

Notes

  1. Royal Mail First Class Delivery - We cannot guarantee next working day delivery. However, if you need the guarantee of a next day delivery, we recommend Royal Mail's Special Delivery service.
  2. Parcels that are dispatched by Royal Mail Special delivery or International Air Mail will need to be signed for.In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.
  3. Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers, it is our experience that in most cases they do choose to deliver to residential addresses on Saturday mornings.
  4. If you have chosen Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery and an item/s on your order are not available for dispatch for Saturday delivery, then we will dispatch the items on the first available date. This may result in you receiving your item/s on any day excluding Sundays. Any out of stock item/s that are dispatched between Monday-Thursday will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special delivery (
